Clean-Seas West Virginia
Six commercial introductions over 120 days.
Case study · Corporate finance · Netherlands · Approximately six months
The programme
The work involved a Dutch corporate finance adviser serving business owners seeking financing and owners considering selling their companies.
Across approximately six months, we generated around 100 conversations with business owners. Eight introductions progressed into engagements where the adviser pursued capital raising or a full or partial business sale.
One company was acquired outright for $10 million by a Swiss investment firm with $1.5 billion in assets. The deal has been signed and completed.
A conversation is the beginning. An engagement means an adviser and the owner have moved into a commercial relationship. The final financing or acquisition can take much longer. Our value is in identifying the right owner situation and creating the introduction that allows that work to begin.

Sectors in the programme include regulated fintech, food & pharma quality testing, health & wellness, software and energy-efficient lighting. Company names are never shared. Capital sought and open proposals are work in progress.
Financial services
We have also sourced and routed introductions in wealth management, where a high-trust buying decision matters and the receiving adviser needs context before the conversation begins.
